Every product is different, but the underlying process is consistent: understand the problem, design the flow, connect the technology and iterate around real usage.
Problem Mapping
Start with the actual user problem. What is slow, repetitive, confusing or inaccessible? The technology decision comes after the problem is clear.
System Design
Break the product into interfaces, services, intelligence, data and integrations. Define what talks to what before the build becomes complex.
Experience Layer
Build the frontend around clarity and interaction. The interface should make a complex system feel understandable.
Intelligence Layer
When AI adds real value, integrate LLM workflows, computer vision or automation as part of the product—not as decoration.
Integration & Testing
Connect APIs, application logic and data flows. Test the product journey from input to outcome and remove unnecessary friction.
